Common tasks

  • Shipping and Order Exceptions Policy: All sales are final: a returned lot cannot be re-verified. The only exceptions are the ones the Terms provide: cancellation before dispatch, and claims for damage in transit, an order error, non-delivery, nonconforming material or a recall, which go through the claims process.
  • Read the FAQ: Verification, testing, payments, and recalls, answered.
  • Open verifier: Scan the QR or enter code, SKU, and batch to pull a lot’s certificate.

Defiance materials are supplied solely for lawful in vitro laboratory research. We cannot provide human or animal dosing, administration instructions or clinical-use recommendations for them. A COA or published study does not authorize those uses. If your order was placed for a prohibited use, contact Support before shipment so the order can be reviewed.
