Shipping, no returns & recall

The currently implemented final-sale, no-return, shipping, and recall policy.

Final sale and no returns

All purchases are final. We do not accept product returns, including sealed products, and this platform does not issue refunds, credits, exchanges, replacements, or gift cards. Do not ship products back unless we give written recall instructions. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Recalls

If a lot needs to be pulled, we recall proactively by sale window, the interval between a lot's synthesis and expiry dates. Affected orders are identified automatically by that window. Written recall instructions govern the handling of affected material; a recall does not create a general monetary remedy.

Shipping

Shipping methods, serviceable regions, and delivery details are shown during checkout when available. Carrier tracking is evidence of hand-off, not a delivery guarantee.
