Shipping, no returns & recall

Our final-sale, no-return, shipping, and recall policy.

Final sale and no returns

All purchases are final. We do not accept product returns, including sealed products, and we do not give refunds, credits, exchanges, replacements, or gift cards because you changed your mind. The Shipping section below states when an order is refunded because we could not ship it in time. Order errors, non-delivery, damage in transit, and safety recalls go through the exceptions process. Do not ship products back unless we give written recall instructions. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Recalls

If a lot needs to be pulled, we recall proactively by sale window, the interval between a lot's synthesis and expiry dates. Affected orders are identified automatically by that window. Written recall instructions govern the handling of affected material; a recall does not create a general monetary remedy.

Shipping

Shipping methods and delivery details are shown during checkout. Carrier tracking is evidence of hand-off, not a delivery guarantee. If we cannot ship an order within 30 days of receiving it, or within any shipping time we state for it, we will tell you before that time passes and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the order for a prompt, full refund of everything you paid.

Every chemical sequence we stock is held at −86 °C in ultra-low-temperature freezers until the day it ships. The storage temperature covers the time before dispatch. Parcels are not refrigerated in transit.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States only for now. Other countries coming soon. Here, the United States means the 50 states and the District of Columbia. We have not reviewed US territories, the Freely Associated States or APO/FPO/DPO addresses for shipping, so we do not ship there. Orders to anywhere else are refused at checkout rather than accepted and cancelled later.
