Defiance International supplies reference-grade chemical sequences for in-vitro and laboratory research use only (RUO). Nothing offered, described, or referenced on this storefront is intended for clinical, dietary, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or consumer use, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, nor for human or veterinary administration.

1. Eligibility & intended use

By placing an order you certify that you are a qualified researcher or institution acquiring materials strictly for laboratory research, that you will handle every chemical sequence under appropriate controls, and that you will not administer any material to humans or animals.

2. No medical claims

Sequence descriptions, mechanism notes, and cited literature are provided for scientific reference only and do not constitute medical advice.

3. All sales are final

All purchases are final. This platform does not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, replacements, or gift cards. Product returns are not accepted, including sealed products. Do not send product back unless we provide written recall instructions. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right that applies under governing law.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices and charges are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. A submitted order is subject to payment authorization, stock availability, and our acceptance. Card payments are processed by Stripe; where enabled, crypto payments are handled by the designated processor. Once payment is accepted, the order is final except where governing law requires a different result.

5. Shipping, delivery & recalls

Carrier tracking is evidence of hand-off, not a delivery guarantee. If a safety or quality concern affects a lot, we may contact affected buyers and provide written recall instructions. A recall is a safety process and does not create a general refund, credit, exchange, replacement, or gift-card right.

6. Support, disputes & privacy

Support can document and investigate account, delivery, and recall questions but cannot issue platform refunds, credits, exchanges, replacements, or gift cards. Payment-processor dispute procedures and rights required by applicable law remain governed by their applicable terms and law. Our Privacy Policy explains how account, order, and consent data are handled.

7. Limitation of liability

Materials are provided as is for research. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Defiance International disclaims all liability arising from any use of the materials beyond their stated research purpose.
